How do we ensure that safety is #1?
Safety is the prerequisite for everything else.
As students, parents and educators, you deserve to know that you and your data are safe at all times. At 1-2-3 Wellness, we ensure that all data is safe in a variety of ways. First, our app and resources are constantly monitored to ensure that all of your data is safe. Second, we work with iKeepSafe to ensure that ALL data is safe. We are thrilled to have been awarded FERPA and CSPC certifications due to the the rigor of our safety protocols. Thirdly, parents and students have the option not to share their individual data with teachers and administrators at any time. Your data. You decide.
At any point, students are welcome to use a paper method to participate or not to participate as desired. If you do decide to share your data, please note that data shared is wellness data designed to support each student with learning success. Data shared with teachers and administrators focuses on how a student has been feeling (Tired, Sad, Happy, etc.) and what helps them when they feel those emotions (stretching, practicing gratitude, etc.). In other words, educators are afforded the ability to learn more about what helps their students thrive!
